LUTON AIRPORT managing director Paul Kehoe has resigned and will surrender his position by the end of the month. Paul has been at Luton for 4” years joining the airport from Belfast International where he held a similar position, both airports owned by TBI, the group now taken over by a Spanish consortium. He says he will rest before considering his next career move. And following the opening of the new first floor departures lounge at the airport (see last week”s ABTN) the Real Food Company, part of the Compass Group UK, has opened a whole series of catering outlets. These include ”Grab Me” which is for sandwiches, salads, drinks and snacks; ”Bake Me” somewhat self-explanatory for cakes and biscuits produced on the premises; ”Grill Me”, a carvery; ”Make Me”, a deli bar and ”Squeeze Me” which is staff squeezing fresh orange juice rather than applying their skills to customers.
