ZURICH will become a possible day trip from Luton with the introduction of a second service by Helvetic, from the start of the winter schedules at the end of October. The airline says that its current early evening operation has been such a success, it is confident that a second rotation will work once again using a Fokker 100 twin jet. It says it is attracting business from all over North London as well as the Luton conurbation and that the flights are also proving popular with the Zurich public. Departure times Luton are 0930 (arrival 1215) and 1900 (2145) and from Zurich at 0805 (0850) and 1735 (1820). Zurich is also to be joined to Dresden from 1 August with twice daily flights operated by Cirrus Airlines in a code share with SWISS.
