LUFTHANSA has withdrawn a series of London poster sites on which it claims that it is ”Europe”s Most Punctual Airline”. In fact the timing of the withdrawal was spot on as several carriers were about to jump in comparing their own services. On a more serious note LH posted half year profits of EUR344m, a rise of EUR279m from the previous year. The airline anticipates net profits for the current 12 month period to be between EUR600m and EUR650m.
