German airline Lufthansa is set to launch non-stop flights from Frankfurt to Austin and from Munich to Bangkok.
Starting 3 May 2019, the Frankfurt-Austin route will mark Lufthansa’s third destination in Texas alongside Dallas Fort Worth and Houston.
The route will be operated by an A330-300 five times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and weekends. Flights will leave Frankfurt in the morning and land in Austin in the afternoon (local time), with a flight time of approximately ten hours. Passengers will be able to choose from 255 seats spread between Business, Premium Economy and Economy cabins.
In addition, the Munich-Bangkok route will begin on 1 June and will be served by Lufthansa’s new A350-900 with 48 seats in Business class, 21 in Premium Economy and 224 in Economy.
