London City chairman Roy Griffins is to retire after 10-years in the role.
He will be replaced by Terry Morgan who will join the board effective immediately.
Morgan is currently a non-executive chairman of Crossrail Limited and Ricardo plc and former executive in the UK infrastructure and defence space.
He was the CEO of Tube Lines from 2002-2009 and MD of Land Rover vehicles in the early 1990s.
David Fison has also joined the London City Airport Board as an independent non-executive director.
