LOGANAIR, a British Airways franchise partner, is to introduce a direct air service between Glasgow and Galway and Edinburgh to Isle of Man. Both the routes will commence operations on Monday 3 May. These niches market will be served six days per week by 34-seat Saab 340 aircraft. The airline is also to re-commence a six days per week service from Londonderry to Manchester on the previous Sunday (2 May). With the exception of the inter-island Orkney and Shetland Isles routes all Longanair service is flown as a BA franchise.
