JETMAGIC, the Cork based airline, has retimed its early morning flight to LCY from Monday 2 February in order to be the first carrier from Ireland”s second city into London. Operating a 35 seat Embraer ERJ 135 jet the service departs Cork 0735 with a scheduled arrival time of 0845 (dep LCY 0915). The airlines two other weekdaily daily services will depart 1205 (1340) and 1835 (2010). Jetmagic”s 135 recently became one of only three commercial jet types certified to fly into London City Airport. The airline already flies two ERJ 145s to provide nine other direct flights from Cork to the UK and mainland Europe. Barry Perrott, the former managing director of British European/FlyBe, recently became CEO.
