JETBLUE Airways has agreed a long-term lease at Boston”s Logan International Airport. The low cost carrier will move into the 11-gate Terminal C, Pier C, in May to begin a period of intense growth at the airport. The airline already offers 19 flights from the city to destinations including Oakland, Denver and Tampa, but from 3 May will start service to Las Vegas and San Jose. In another move the fast expanding New York based airline is to introduce transcontinental services from Washington Dulles to San Diego backing up flights to Oakland, Long Beach, Sacramento and Fort Lauderdale.
