Jet Airways has introduced a third daily service from Heathrow to Mumbai.
The airline says it has seen increased demand for travel between the UK and India and claims to be the first Indian carrier to offer three daily flights between the countries. It says the new service complements existing operations from Heathrow to its hubs at Mumbai and Delhi.
Flight 9W 115 will depart Heathrow Terminal 2 at 1555 local time, arriving in Mumbai at 0620 local time, which the airline says gives business passengers the opportunity to take advantage of a full day in the economic and financial capital of India.
Jet Airways says it will deploy its B777-300ER on the route, offering three cabin classes, including First, Premiere (which features fully-flat beds) and economy.
