Japan Airlines (JAL) has launched a second daily direct service from Heathrow to Tokyo Haneda airport.
The new flight will be served by a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, fitted with three cabin classes – the fully flat JAL Sky Suite in Business, along with premium economy and economy.
JAL says its codeshare agreement with British Airways means passengers now have a choice of four daily flights between London and Tokyo, including two services operated by BA – one to Haneda and the other to Narita.
