AIRPORTS COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL has named Seoul”s Incheon airport as the best worldwide, with Singapore and Hong Kong sharing second and Kuala Lumpur rated third. Best regionally were Halifax, Incheon again, Brussels and Copenhagen and Dubai. No UK airports made it into the top three in the various ACI categories, with other leading European lights being Zurich, Helsinki, Athens and Malta.
