BIRMINGHAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT is to be linked non-stop to the golden city of Amritsar in northern India with the world's first ever inclusive tour charter flight series to the Punjab this winter. From 1 November 2003 specialist tour operator, Poo uk, will be offering a variety of tailored holidays to Amritsar including a visit to 'The Golden Temple' and the 'Taj Mahal' at Agra. Operating the service, flown on a Boeing 757 will be the new British charter airline Flyjet, with the aircraft originating out of Gatwick. The aircraft will be configured two class.
