QATAR AIRWAYS has taken delivery of the first of 14 Airbus A330-300s. When the last aircraft is delivered it will be the largest single operator of the A330 in the world. For the winter season Gatwick is launched as a new London operation, one of six new routes being introduced over the next three months increasing Qatar Airways' global reach from 53 to 59 destinations. Joining the network is Beijing, Seychelles and Yangon as well as Johannesburg and Cape Town.
