EOS, one of the two new entrant airlines serving the US, both from
Stansted, has come up with a new passenger (or should we say client)
handling scheme which other carriers might copy, and some do to some
extent (Qatar for instance at Doha ” but you pay for it if not first
class). Eos is unashamedly a business class priced airline offering a
near first class service with daily flights to Kennedy New York. It
will now greet each arriving ”guest” curb-side at both airports,
escort them to the check-in, and then personally accompany the
passenger through fast-track security. This should work very well at
Stansted where Fast Track is not nearly so busy as at the other major
London departure points.
