FINNAIR, a member of Oneworld, is to offer its passengers fast ferry connections to Hong Kong International Airport from three locations in the Pearl River Delta.
Shenzhen, Shekou and Humen in Guangdong Province now have high-speed catamaran ferry connections directly to the airport's SkyPier Terminal. Check-in takes place at the SkyPier from where passengers are transferred by bus directly to the transit area. The ferry schedules are most convenient for passengers flying with Finnair from Hong Kong to Bangkok and Helsinki. From the beginning of the summer schedule there will also be a connection from the Helsinki-Hong Kong flight to the ferry leaving for Macao. Tickets can be purchased at Hong Kong Airport and at the ferry terminals.
