EUROMANX commenced a three times weekdaily service last week linking London City Airport and the Isle of Man taking over from FlyBe who are not now an LCY operator. Flights have commenced initially using an ATR-42, wet-leased from Air Atlantique of Coventry, UK, as EuroManx prepares to accept its first of two Avro RJ70s at the end of January. The Avro RJ will complement a Dornier 328Jet at the weekends. Frequency is expected to increase to four per day during the summer months. EuroManx will be handled by KLM at London City Airport.
