GLASGOW now has direct flights to the Middle East following the introduction of a daily Emirates service to Dubai which started last week. Operating a two class Airbus A330 flight time is 7 hours 30 minutes. The new route provides two way access to Emirates' fast-growing network now serving 76 cities in 53 countries, and putting destinations on the Indian sub-continent, the Far East, Australia and New Zealand, as well as others in Africa ” within easy reach for Scottish customers. The airline now has 77 flights a week between the UK and Dubai.
