ISLE OF MAN: Eastern Airways is to take over the FlyBE Newcastle ” Isle of Man route from 27 October and also introduce a East Midlands service. Flights, operating daily Monday to Friday using BAE Jetstream 41 aircraft, will build upon the success of the airline”s current operation between the Isle of Man and Leeds Bradford. LBA has also benefited from the introduction of a third daily flight to Aberdeen, which has been upgraded with the introduction of the larger and faster Jetstream 41 on the route. From Newcastle the Humberside based airline already serves Aberdeen, Birmingham and Southampton.
