OSLO is to be linked with Newark Liberty International Airport from 17 June with a daily Continental Airlines flight. Following the demise of the SAS three times weekly operation, the new service is the only scheduled non-stop transatlantic service to Oslo and will become the 19th city, and Norway the 12th country, in Continental's transatlantic route network and the airline's only Scandinavian destination. Continental's Liberty ” Oslo flights will be operated with a 172-seat Boeing 757 aircraft, carrying 16 passengers in the BusinessFirst cabin and 156 in economy.
