German carrier Condor will add three European routes from its Frankfurt hub next summer.
The airline will launch nonstop services to Stockholm, Athens and Florence from April 2027, expanding its network to 16 European city destinations.
Daily services to Athens will begin on 28 April 2027, followed by twice-daily flights to Florence from 6 May. Both routes will operate during the summer season.
Condor will also launch twice-daily, year-round flights to Stockholm Arlanda from 13 May 2027, operated with A320 aircraft.
Condor CCO Pierre Dominique Prümm said: "By expanding our city network, we are making a targeted investment in the continued development of our hub at Frankfurt Airport. Our guests will benefit from an even broader European offering as well as seamlessly coordinated connections to our long-haul destinations."
In a separate update on Tuesday (22 September) the carrier said it will discontinue daily services from Berlin and Stuttgart to Dubai as part of its upcoming winter schedule, citing “the continued challenging economic conditions facing the global aviation industry”.
The carrier said affected travellers will be informed “in good time” and offered rebooking or refund options.
Condor added that Germany’s “persistently high” government-imposed costs place “a considerable burden” on domestic airlines. While supporting open competition and international connectivity, the carrier said, “both require fair and comparable market conditions”.
