AIRBUS has had a good week in terms of the Chinese market. On Friday China Southern Airlines confirmed a commitment for five A380s taking the total orders for the super Jumbo up to 154 from 15 airlines. On the day before rival Air China confirmed that it is to add take 20 Airbus A330-200. China Southern wants its A380s in time for the 2008 Olympics! No engine choice seems to have been made for either aircraft.
