CHINA EASTERN AIRLINES is to inaugurate a three times weekly Heathrow service to its Shanghai headquarters hub on Thursday 1 April. A three class Airbus A340 will be used for the 11 hour 15 minute flight operating out of T2. The airline is currently establishing a central London front office and has already appointed its key personnel (also see ABTN 19 January).
