CHANGI AIRPORT Singapore passenger traffic exceeded pre-SARS levels for the first time in November and flights are back at 95% of capacity the airport confirmed last week. Changi handled 2.4m passengers in November, a 2.3% rise over the same period last year. Aircraft movements are now running at 95% of the pre-SARS weekly scheduled levels. The Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome virus, which surfaced in mid-March, resulted in cancellation of more than 30% of the airports 3,400 weekly flights and a 50% drop in passenger traffic.
