BRITANNIA AIRWAYS has secured a deal with cruise company Royal Caribbean for a series of Boeing 767-300 flights operating from Gatwick, weekly to Sanford, from the end of September to April, and fortnightly to San Juan, starting in November and finishing in April. This is Royal Caribbean”s first venture into long haul fly cruising. The Sanford flights will serve Mariner of the Seas, one of Royal Caribbean”s latest super cruise liners with 3,114 berths while the San Juan flights will service Nordic Empress. Britannia already flies for P & O and also Orient Lines.
