BRITISH AIRWAYS is to introduce football-style yellow cards to warn those who show signs of ”ground rage”. The carrier has had a similar policy in place for use in-flight since 1998, but an increase in unsociable incidents in airports has encouraged BA to introduce the concept on the ground. They will be "shown" to travellers who are disruptive, abusive or violent towards any member of the carrier's ground staff, and represent a warning that the passenger could be refused travel if they do not start to behave better. Two yellows and it is not a question of ”off” but not on!
