AURIGNY is to introduce Bristol ” Jersey, with a 66-seat ATR 72 and Manchester ” Jersey, 33-seat Saab 340, both commencing on Monday 29 March 2004. On Sunday 7 March the airline starts direct services from Bournemouth to both Jersey and Guernsey, this time operated by a Shorts 360. Aurigny is working closely with Guernsey and Jersey Tourism and Bournemouth Airport to promote the new services and believes it will attract more visitors from the UK as well as providing a new destination for Islanders.
