CHANNEL ISLANDS operator Aurigny has stepped up its operations from Bournemouth with the introduction of flights to Jersey and Guernsey, adding to its Alderney services. Together with established carrier Rockhopper (which used to be known as Le Cocqs) there are now 60 Channel Island flights every week from Bournemouth. And at the beginning of April Guernsey will open its new terminal (seen behind this Aurigny ATR), a much-needed purpose-built gateway to the island.
