AIR FRANCE has taken delivery of the first of a total of 15 Airbus A318 destined for its French domestic and European routes. It is one of the launch airlines for the new aircraft and the first airline major to operate all four single-aisle short/medium haul aircraft built by the European air frame consortium. The A318 configuration chosen by Air France features up to 123 seats in a modular configuration for the l”Espace Affaires business cabin, variable between 10 and 34 seats. The A318 will be introduced first on the Paris ” London route.
