Air France KLM says it will relaunch its Corporate Benefits Programme with 14 exclusive perks for flights on a selection of carriers.
The benefits will apply to flights with Air France, KLM, HOP! and Joon. From 1 November, the programme will also extend to partner carrier Delta Air Lines.
Air France KLM says the 14 benefits are designed around service, flexibility, priority and recognition.
Corporate customers enrolled in the programme are assigned a dedicated account manager and will receive support from a local sales team and a 24/7 call centre.
The programme also offers more flexible ticketing deadlines, the ability to change a passenger’s name on a ticket, and a guaranteed Economy-class seat for long-haul flights.
Corporate travellers can select their seat at any time, take advantage of priority boarding on long-haul flights, and receive priority service on wait-lists and in customer care.
Patrick Alexandre, EVP of commercial, sales and alliances at Air France KLM, said: “Constantly developing our commercial offer for our corporate customers is one of Air France KLM’s priorities. We now offer our corporate customers individual benefits independently of their personal status, but in line with the status of the company for whom they are travelling.”
