Latvian carrier Air Baltic is to launch a new route from Gatwick to Tallinn from spring 2018.
The Gatwick-Tallinn service will operate twice per week on Tuesday and Saturday when it begins on March 27 with a flying time of two hours 50 minutes. It will be competing with Easyjet on the route.
Martin Gauss, Air Baltic’s CEO, said: “By improving air travel service between the Baltic capitals and European cities, Air Baltic is reinforcing its position as the leading airline in the Baltics.
“The new route linking London with the Estonian capital Tallinn will strengthen the connection between the heart of Europe and the Baltic States.”
Air Baltic already flies from Gatwick to Riga. The airline is also launching new routes from Riga to Malaga, Lisbon, Split, Bordeaux, Gdansk, Sochi and Kaliningrad for summer 2018.
