BREAKING NEWS is the continued progress of the Airbus A380 prototype in its grand tour to the Far East and Australia. After visiting Singapore (left) the aircraft arrived in Brisbane on Saturday and then made a spectacular three - pass entry over Sydney Harbour 1000 hours Sunday morning. It was due to leave Sydney for Melbourne this morning (local time) for a 24 - hour sojourn before again visiting Brisbane from which it will depart just after lunch on Wednesday. The A380 is expected to be the star of the Dubai Air Show which starts next Sunday. The visit coincided with Qantas” 85th anniversary celebrations.
