Accor’s TRIBE Hotels is stepping up its European expansion with upcoming new properties in France, the Netherlands, Slovenia and Portugal.
The “design-led” brand recently opened properties in the Polish city of Krakow and at Budapest Airport in Hungary, as well as TRIBE Paris Pantin near La Villette in France.
They will be followed in September with a new hotel in Montpellier, France, and then by the opening of TRIBE Reims Centre in late 2025. Also set to debut by the end of the year is TRIBE Den Haag Centraal, which will be the brand’s second outpost in the Netherlands.
Next year will see TRIBE expanding to the European destinations of Slovenia and Portugal, with properties in the Slovenian capital Ljubljana and the Portuguese city of Porto. TRIBE is also due to open a hotel in Rostock on Germany’s Baltic coast in 2028.
Pauline Oster, vice president of TRIBE Europe and North Africa, said: “At TRIBE, we don’t just create hotel rooms, we create social living spaces, centred around our social hub, our original food and drink concept, and a bold, distinctive design.”
TRIBE was launched in Australia in 2017 by Mark and Melissa Peters with the first property opening in Perth before the brand expanded to France. It has now grown to more than 20 properties globally, with 30-plus hotels in the development pipeline.
