JERSEY is to gain a four-star Radisson SAS hotel, due to open in
September 2007. Construction of the first new investment of its type
on the island for some years is now well under way. Virtually in the
centre of the waterfront the 190 guestroom property will feature free
broadband, a business lounge, quality restaurant and bar with views of
the marina, extensive leisure and fitness facilities and high-quality
meetings and conference services. The nearby Royal Yacht Hotel is due
to close shortly for a ”22m redevelopment project which will see the
opening of a new wing and a range of facilities including a
state-of-the-art spa.
