HILTON has put up for sale UK properties at Aberdeen Treetops, Basingstoke, Belfast, Bristol, Bromsgrove, Coventry, Dartford Bridge, Dunkeld House, Edinburgh Airport, Gatwick, Olympia (London), Newbury Centre, Newbury North, Newbury, Newport, Southampton, Strathclyde, Swindon and Templepatrick. It is all part of a scheme to raise money for shareholders. Hilton plans for the most part to continue managing the hotels although it does say that vacant procession will be considered. Hilton is currently in advanced stages of building on three properties (Manchester Deansgate, London Canary Wharf and London Tower Bridge).
