Hilton Hotels has permanently extended its Hilton Honors
points-expiration policy to 24 months from the date of last activity, up from
15 months. In September, Hilton had paused point expiration until 31 December
2022 and extended Honors status through 31 March 2023.
Marriott International's Bonvoy and Hyatt Hotels Corp's
World of Hyatt loyalty programmes each also allow for 24 months of inactivity
before points expire, while IHG Hotels & Resorts' IHG Rewards programme
points expire after 12 months of inactivity, and Best Western Rewards points
never expire, according to the companies' websites.
