SILVERSEA is making its alternative gourmet restaurants Saletta and Le Champagne more luxurious under the direction of Relais & Chateaux. Some of the world's most treasured wines will feature alongside a new collection of dishes designed specifically to complement great vintages. In Saletta, the alternative restaurant aboard Silver Cloud and Silver Wind, and its counterpart, Le Champagne aboard Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper, award-winning wines will become the centrepiece. The new concept will launch aboard Silver Whisper in late November, followed by Silver Shadow in early December, and will be expanded to the line's other ships early next year.
