Global Warning System has become the latest company to sign up as a partner for December’s Travelogix Client Assembly.
GWS will be showcasing the latest version of its global traveller security platform (Safeture 2.0) during the event’s Partner Showcase on 6 December in Warrington.
Andrew Moore, head of sales UK, will be showcasing GWS’s Safeture 2.0 platform and demonstrate how it can benefit both TMCs and clients. Travelogix is hosting the event to reveal its next generation data management platform, AnalytixX2, designed for travel managers and TMCs.
Delegates will be the first to see the new platform’s user interface, improved user experience and brand-new features with the opportunity to get hands-on with the new platform on the day.
Atriis and Evolvi have been announced as headline partners.
On the day, Edurado Coreixo from Atriis will take to the stage to present the company’s own vision of digital transformation implications for a TMC and how they should navigate the rapidly changing distribution landscape.
Evovli’s IT managing director, Andrew Cantrell will also take to the stage to talk about the fluctuations within the rail industry. He will also be speaking about the rollout of bar-coded fares and smart ticketing, which Evolvi is making available through its site, and how consumers can use this.
Other sponsor partners include Dolphin Dynamics, RefundMy.Flights, Travel Trade Recruitment and CMAC, which is offering complimentary transport to the venue.
RefundMy.Flights offers TMCs an automated service which helps corporate clients to claim flight delay compensation. RMF partners with a number of leading TMCs and will be promoting its products and services during the Client Assembly.
Travel management software provider Dolphin Dynamics is also a sponsor partner and integration partner of both Travelogix and Evolvi. Guests meeting with Dolphin Dynamics during the partner showcase will be able to learn more about how they integrate with Travelogix, Evolvi and other travel platforms.
Attendees from more than 40 TMCs are signed up to attend the event, for which Buying Business Travel is official media partner.
The assembly takes place on 6 December at The Centre, Birchwood Park in Warrington, Cheshire. An after party is also taking place at pentahotel Warrington, with all guests, sponsors and partners invited.
