Corporate Travel Management is launching its customer relationship management platform CTM Advisor to its UK and European markets at Business Travel Show Europe later this month.
The TMC has already introduced CTM Advisor to its North American customer-facing teams in recent months and will now extend its use across the Atlantic.
CTM Advisor, which is a proprietary CRM traveller tool, provides the TMC’s consultants with a combination of real-time traveller insights and historic booking behaviour, alongside company policies and preferences, to deliver personalised service to travellers across multiple regions.
The system allows CTM’s agents to locate a traveller and see what disruption they may be facing. They can then proactively rebook tickets and contact travellers using options appropriate for both travellers and their organisations. CTM Advisor integrates multiple existing agent tools into one platform.
CTM’s global chief technology officer Mike Kubasik said: “Travellers and travel managers need the best of both worlds: the intuitive, fast online booking available in our award-winning OBT (online booking tool) Lightning, and exceptional, personal, proactive service where it’s needed.
“It doesn’t matter if a traveller’s flight has been cancelled, they’re unsure what hotel is popular with local colleagues, or they just want their London consultants to have easy access to reservations made with their New York team, CTM Advisor always has the answer."
CTM Advisor will be launched to the European market at Business Travel Show Europe at ExCeL London on 29-30 June.
