SAP Concur is making its TripIt Pro travel management app available to all users of its TripLink off-channel booking-capture tool in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the company announced during this week's Fusion EMEA virtual event. Previously, the app could be used by individuals travelling in the EMEA region but was not offered as a benefit for EMEA-based corporate TripLink users.
TripLink captures travel bookings made directly with suppliers and through online travel agencies and forwards trip information to travel managers for tracking, reporting and duty-of-care purposes. Once a booking is captured, the trip also can be populated into TripIt Pro, where it can be viewed and managed by the traveller. Among other features, users of the app can access TripIt's Neighborhood Safety Scores, which provide localised risk scores that now include a health and medical score that factors in Covid-19 data.
With the EMEA expansion, the TripIt Pro app has been adapted into French, German and British English, to support travellers in those markets in their native language, Concur said.
