Certify Inc/Chrome River has acquired virtual and physical card provider Emburse, adding the start-up to its portfolio of companies.
San Francisco-based Emburse offers a range of both virtual and physical cards to allow businesses to enforce travel and expense policies while giving employees the ability to make purchases. The solutions provide companies with real-time insight and control by giving administrators the ability to set granular spending parameters.
The company joins a growing portfolio of brands that also includes Abacus, Captio, Certify, Chrome River, Nexonia and Tallie. Emburse will initially be integrated into the Abacus expense management platform.
