CWT is partnering with Booking.com to provide a travel booking offering with agent support for small businesses, CWT announced.
The offering, which CWT said will go live before the end of June, will provide content via the Booking.com for Business platform and complimentary, multilingual around-the-clock travel agent support by CWT.
Booking.com for Business, which is powered by its partnership with travel technology supplier Serko, combines Booking.com lodging content with hotel, flight and car rental content from CWT.
The content includes discounted business travel rates and membership rewards from various third-party loyalty programmes, according to CWT.
Joshua Wood, director of Booking.com for Business, said: “We understand everyone has different travel preferences. For some it’s important to maximise status and loyalty points when they travel, while others are more focused on finding the best deal for their trips. And when disruption happens, everybody values the ability to contact an agent any time of day or night to get support.”
Through the partnership, Wood said clients will “have all of this in one place, along with the tools to manage cost and duty of care with travel expert support”.
CWT EVP and chief partnership officer Brian Mogler added that both companies “share a vision about making business travel frictionless for both travellers and travel managers alike”.
