Spotnana has developed a direct New Distribution Capability integration with Emirates, giving it full access to the carrier's content, the travel platform announced.
With the integration to Emirates' NDC API, users of the Spotnana platform can access promotional fares, differentiated pricing for fares and ancillaries and full servicing capabilities, including self-service cancellations, automated refunds, holding tickets and changing seats after bookings, according to Spotnana.
Booking NDC content also enables travellers to avoid the surcharge on global distribution system bookings that Emirates introduced in 2021.
Spotnana founder and CEO Sarosh Waghmar in a statement said the company has seen "growing demand from our global customer base for NDC content in regions such as the Middle East."
