Travel tech firm Spotnana has completed a "deep, direct" integration to Booking.com's newest API, which will enable the booking and servicing of Booking.com content through Spotnana’s platform.
The API integration gives buyers and sellers using the Spotnana platform access to Booking.com fares, including pre-paid and pay-at-property options, loyalty member rates and special rates such as last-minute deals and seasonal promotions, as well as long-stay booking options, including non-hotel accommodation.
Agents will be able to handle service requests for Booking.com fares through Spotnana’s agent desktop.
Luigi Tiberio, Spotnana’s partner director of content and distribution, explained: “Our TMC partners can now offer their travellers the same exceptional, consumer-grade experience found on the Booking.com website and app, all seamlessly integrated and fully serviceable within Spotnana's platform.”
In a statement, Spotnana said that TMCs can activate Booking.com content through their controls in Spotnana Cloud for TMCs.
Mark van der Linden, Booking.com’s VP of partnerships, added: “Spotnana's unique architecture enables us to provide an exceptional experience to travellers, while making our inventory easy for TMCs to service.”
The connection is Booking.com's latest move to broaden its content availability to corporate travellers. The company has a long-standing relationship with Serko, whose technology platform powers its Booking.com for Business offering.
