Mobility platform Freenow by Lyft has enabled a new ‘enterprise’ integration with Concur Expense that automates expense management and gives travel managers a “centralised view” of bookings.
The integration, which is now live, connects business travellers using the Freenow app with their employee profiles in Concur Expense, allowing receipts from business trips to be automatically uploaded for expense reporting, according to the companies.
"This strategic integration is a significant step forward in Freenow’s commitment to providing efficient and user-friendly solutions for business travel,” said David Koral, director of customer success and sales at Freenow by Lyft. “It promises faster expense reporting, reduced paperwork and more time for everyone – from travellers to finance teams."
Koral added that all trip information and related costs are provided to Concur Expense, regardless of whether payment is made by personal or corporate card, or through centralised billing.
Travel and expense managers will also have an overview of all trips taken by employees via the admin panel in the Freenow by Lyft for Business platform.
