Booking technology solutions provider Vibe has created a new
client services manager role, with three-year veteran Laura Travis taking on
responsibility to oversee the support team and introduce new processes to enhance
knowledge. In addition to her time at Vibe, Travis spent three years at sister
company P&P Group, as well as firms such as TUI and Mark Warner.
Additionally, Vibe has hired Rob Marshall as software
tester. Marshall joins from Hotels.com and brings more than 16 years’
experience, including eight years at Virgin Holidays.
The creation of the new roles follows Vibe’s July launch of
new features on its booking platform focused on post-Covid recovery. The
company says it is currently recruiting several further roles.
