Meeting space provider Convene has launched a virtual
meetings product that can support an unlimited remote audience as well as
hybrid meetings, the company announced. In addition to the proprietary
software, Convene has a team of "virtual meeting producers" who are
available for several functions, including pre-event consultation and
preparation, day-of-event support and configuration of personal hardware and
software so clients can use the equipment they already have, according to the
company. Virtual meeting tools include breakout rooms, networking capabilities,
audience polling, Q&A features and post-event analytics, as well as
post-video production.
