Worldspan has extended its Global Learning Centre to include non-Worldspan agents. Those wishing to enhance their travel product functionality and increase their GDS skills can now have access to the company”s new masters programme.
A complete redesign of the product now means a new user interface, enhanced navigation features and a new Learning Management System. New own-pace tutorials and virtual classes offer lessons in proficiency in booking flights, car rentals, hotels, tours and holidays, as well as instructions for using Worldspan”s fares and pricing tools.
Each pupil”s development is assessed throughout, with automated suggestions to refine specific skills. Training is available to all levels of experience, with novice, intermediate and expert levels. All agents are able to access the facilities via the internet, free of charge.
