FCm Travel Solutions has opened new offices in New York City and Washington DC.
The travel management company (TMC), which is part of the Flight Centre Group, said the move is part of a strategy to grow its market share in the US.
John Beauvais, president of FCm in the US, said New York and Washington DC are critical to the global economy, with a high concentration of corporate headquarters.
He said: "The opening of these offices will ensure we have the people power and resources to more effectively service companies in the metropolitan hubs of New York and Washington."
The two new offices will be dedicated to business travel, added Beavais.
“With more travel experts on the ground we'll be able to deliver a consistently high level of customer service that's personal, flexible and accountable,” he said.
FCm already has offices in Arizona, California, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Texas and Virginia, plus its US headquarters in Chicago.
