The Advantage Travel Partnership has teamed up with Travelicity Consulting to offer professional TMC consultancy services at reduced rates for its members.
Travelicity was set up by Judith Heinrich (pictured) in 2016 to offer professional consultancy services to corporates, TMCs and developers working within the travel related industry. Heinrich previously worked at TAG during its expansion in the UK, US and APAC markets, and also played a key role in winning the GTMC Travelport Innovation Award for the development and implementation of the TAG Desktop system.
The partnership will provide Advantage members with access to services including an operational business review, full operational support with system implementations, short or long-term project management, online booking tool assistance and operational training.
Heinrich, who is a regular contributor to Buying Business Travel, and managing director of the consultancy, said: “Through this exciting partnership we are further supporting the TMC community by providing solutions to their specific operational challenges. It is often important to get an objective point of view regarding systems, processes and procedures and we offer real insight and a fresh point of view that only thinking outside the box can achieve. Our experience in this area has shown that making just a few operational enhancements can provide real business improvements, add significant value and dramatically increase productivity.” Work with us and let’s get results!”
Julia Lo Bue-Said, chief executive of the Advantage Travel Partnership, added: “We’re delighted to be working with Travelicity to enhance our platform of consultancy services for members. Operational consultancy in the TMC world is a new proposition for members we’ve not had before, we increasingly receive requests for consulting, so it made sense to expand our proposition in this area.”
“Our aim is to provide members with the very best value and service – and we believe Travelicity can offer additional business operational support to our members and provides them with the opportunity to review their operation, gain expertise and knowledge, and ultimately grow their business.”
