TravelCLICK has opened an office in Dubai in response to the rapid hotel development in the United Arab Emirates. The hotel business process management company is keen to offer services to its growing number of customers in Africa and the Middle East, and cites an estimate from real estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle that there will be a further 50,000 hotels in the UAE in the next five years.
The company”s clients in the Middle East and Africa currently include Dubai's Oasis Beach Hotel (owned by Jebel Ali International Hotels), Dedeman Hotels & Resorts (Turkey), Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa (Dubai), Jumeirah (Dubai), Rotana Hotels & Resorts (Abu Dhabi) and Southern Sun Hotels & Resorts (South Africa).
